ARCHERY RULES 2011

  1. All members must sign in before shooting.
  2. Members are allowed one guest, that guest must sign in before shooting.
  3. All members must display their club badge while using the range.
  4. No alcohol consumption prior to and during shooting on the range or 3-D course.
  5. All shooters must shoot from the same line.
  6. Bows will be drawn in the direction of the target butts or 3-D targets only.
  7. No person shall arrow a bow when anyone is down range of the shooting line.
  8. Allow shooters ample time to retrieve "missed" shots from behind target butts.
  9. The use of crossbows is allowed.
  10. Shoot at paper or 3-D targets only. No cans, bottles, etc.
  11. Those not shooting must stand 3 feet behind the shooting line.
  12. No graffiti or destruction of club property.
  13. All trash shall be picked up and placed in the appropriate containers.
  14. Broadheads must be shot at broadhead target butts only.
  15. No fooling around on the archery range when people are shooting.
  16. Only arrows or cross bolts shall be shot at target butts or 3-D targets.
  17. Make sure down range is clear before drawing your bow to shoot.
